At Bannabizz, every perfume undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. Since fragrances are personal-use products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Eligibility: Only products that are damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect are eligible.
Timeline: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the damage.
Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exclusions: Opened, used, or undamaged products are not eligible for return.
Our perfumes are crafted as Extrait de Parfum, meaning they have the highest concentration of oils for rich projection and impressive longevity, often lasting 8–12 hours or more on the skin.
